How we work.

Step 1: Consultation – Tell us about the property and your goals. An advance deposit may be required, fully returnable if the booking is canceled over 48 hours before.

Step 2: Photography Session – We capture the best angles and lighting.

Step 3: Delivery – We send you the edited images for you to make a final decision as to which images you want, and then we send you the ready-to-upload images within 72 hours with an invoice reflecting the final number of images chosen.*

Here’s our simple, intuitive, clear, and competitive pricing structure tailored for the Cypriot market. Prices reflect the standard rates for professional real estate photography while offering great value for the quality of service and results we deliver.

This simple pricing guide helps us to work within your budget most efficiently. On consultation we can guide you as to how many images your property may need e.g. a studio flat usually suffices with 10 images, whereas a large villa may need 30+ depending on your goals (to sell or rent the property). Minimum of 5 shots per shoot.

What that includes:

• Carefully curated shooting to ensure that the space looks its best. If the house is messy or not clean, we may ask that you bring in a cleaner.

• Detail-oriented interior and exterior shots.

• All images are taken using advanced HDR techniques and professionally edited to reflect your property in the best light, perfect for high-end presentation.

• Customized lighting and color correction.

• Delivery within 72 hours.
